Here are some of the corporate logos I designed for the company’s internal programs between 2023 and 2025.

Descriptions below follow the order from top left to right:

1. Reconhece Nitro – A recognition program that highlights employees who received the most positive feedback from their colleagues.

2. Programa Cuidar – An initiative that promotes workplace safety as a key part of the company’s culture.

3. Nitro Momentum – The new structural identity for our engineering team.

4. Pesquisa de Clima – The company’s internal climate survey aimed at understanding employee satisfaction and workplace atmosphere.

5. SIPAT – A safety-focused event that pauses factory operations to engage employees in lectures and interactive activities about workplace safety.

6. Academia de Dados (Data Academy) – A program within our internal university designed to promote data-driven thinking and decision-making.

7. Sintonize – A wellbeing initiative offering activities and resources to support mental health and create a more positive work environment.

8. Liderança e Estratégia – A leadership summit that brought together the company’s leaders to align on vision, strategy, and future goals.

9. PIN (Programa de Inovação Nitro) – The company’s innovation program, where employees can submit ideas to drive internal improvements and innovation.
